Upon check-in, we encourage you to take some time to get acquainted with the property.
The home heating system is also monitored. We will be alerted if an emergency fuel delivery is needed, and you will be notified accordingly.
The property operates on a water delivery system. At check-in, you and your party will have access to 1,700 gallons of water. A water tank monitor is installed to notify us when levels drop below 500 gallons. We will inform you if additional water delivery is necessary during your stay.
Marsh Lake does not offer garbage or recycling pickup. At the end of your stay, please bag all trash and place it in the designated bear-proof container outside the home for disposal. Recycling should be sorted and placed in the laundry room.
No parties or events are permitted on the property unless previously discussed and approved.
The home features nine designated sleeping spaces. Guests may request an additional linen package for the couch, if needed.
A maximum of 10 guests may occupy the home or property at any time and all guests staying in the home must be listed on the reservation.
Pets are NOT allowed on the property or inside the home at any time. Please inquire further regarding service animals.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. If you or your guests choose to smoke, please dispose of all smoking materials in the designated ashcan at the front of the home.
